Summary This program shows spectacular geothermal and volcanic landscapes resulting from the meeting of two tectonic plates. The Taupo Volcanic Zone including Lake Taupo and volcanoes is shown together with landscapes in the Roturua area. Vision includes boiling mud, hot water springs and geysers Featured are the Waimangu Volcanic Valley and Wai O Tapu Thermal Wonderland. The contribution to ecotourism is also an aim of the program.
