SRP 2010 REVIEWS (5): #1) Rose gets away with a daring plot and proves the impossible can happen, but on the way makes a lot of powerful enemies. Can't wait for the next in the series. #2) Lissa and Rose continue their adventures in the latest installment of the Vampire Academy series. they do the unthinkable, and are able to get away with it. later on, as Dimitri comes back into the picture, Rose has difficulties with figuring out what she really wants. both Lissa and Rose are having trouble in their social lives, and there isn't much they can do about it. the ending is confusing, and quite shocking! you would never expect the chain of events that follows. sadly this book ends in a cliffhanger. however it just leaves you wanting more. #3) Spirit Bound is thrilling, enchanting and full of surprises. Mead does an excellent job in engaging her readers and you will fill in midst of all the commotion of Rose, Lissa, and Adrian. Mead will leave you wanting more from the Vampire Academy series. The plot thickens. We all can't wait for "The Last Sacrifice"!!! #4) Spirit Bound is the fifth book in the Vampire Academy series (which is even better than Twilight, in my opinion). Rose, the main character, realizes that there is a way to save her lover, Dimitri, from the evil vampire he has become. Rose, with her best friend Lissa, a Moroi (a peaceful, good vampmire) must travel across the world to find the one person who can help them save Dimitri. Rose manages to save Dimitri and turn him back, but Rose has a new problem. Someone killed the Moroi queen, Tatiana, and made it look like Rose did it! If Rose is convicted of this crime, she could be executed. This cliffhanger is where the book leaves off. #5) I absolutely adored this new edition to the Vampire Academy Series! These book pages were flying with the secure plot line and twists that no reader could ever see coming! I have to admit though I was slightly disappointed by this books ending and am hoping that the next book in the series THE LAST SACRIFICE will answer more questions and give more of us as readers the endings we've been looking for the entire series!
