SRP 2012 REVIEW: Interesting novel of military misadventure during the revolutionary war in Massachusetts. It describes how a poorly organized campaign to evict a British occupying force from Penobscot river goes so badly wrong for the American force. Paul Revere is one of the officers in this campaigh and fares very poorly and is court martialled later for cowardice!
