SRP 2012 REVIEW: I really liked reading this, because it is story about a teenage boy who gets this special ability to "see through sound," which is theoretically what they will call a "dark gift," from living in the deep sea his whole life. I like books when there are special children in which find out they have certain gifts, or abilities, or an amazing strength.
