SRP 2011 REVIEW: This book is not an easy read. At points very cryptic, and at points stunningly fresh, Faulkner does what he does best: create a scary and lonesome view of human kind--As I Lay Dying stands here as testament to his skill. But what I love best, are his sentences, crafted to immense beauty and skill, there is a reason why we read him.
