This book takes sibling rivalry to an extreme level. Otto tells us that there are two types of people in this world: dog people and cat people. Dog people are clever, friendly, good-looking, funny and overall fantastically wonderful. Cat people, he explains are ugly, boring, and smell bad. While very humorous at times, this story follows Otto who tries to outwit, outplay, outlast his older sister Lexi in the battle to pick the family’s pet, either a cat or a dog. You quickly realize that this isn’t just a friendly contest between a brother and a sister. This is war! dld
