SRP 2013 REVIEW: This was an amazing medieval book mixed with a little fantasy and quite similar to Cinderella, but with a twist.

SRP 2010 REVIEWS (2): #1) i liked it because it was like Ella Enchanted I love that book and movie #2) I loved how this book was just the right level for me. "Fairest" is a great book about a not-pretty inn keeper's daughter wanting to be beautiful. Aza is bribed to be Queen Ivi's lady in waiting. Aza must sing and illuse for Queen Ivi. In return, Aza is paid generous wages and is made beautiful gowns that make her look pretty. When Aza is found out and accused for being an ogre, she must flee. When Aza finds a refuge with patrons at her father's inn, Aza learns that being beautiful is not everything. This is a great book!
