SRP 2010 REVIEW: One of my favorite TV shows is Survivor so I eagerly anticipated reading Robinson Crusoe. Although the story line of a man being shipwrecked alone on an isolated island sounded exciting, much of the story had little action. The arrival of Friday, a native Crusoe rescues, provides some human interaction, but a lot of time is spent building and then rebuilding things.
