SRP 2013 REVIEW: Katniss Everdeen has survived, even if her home has not. Gale has escaped. Katniss's family is safe. Peeta has been captured by the Capitol. District 13 exists. District 13 has come out of the shadows, and has plans to overthrow the Capitol. To help the rebellion, Katniss must put aside her feelings of anger and distrust. She must become the rebels' Mockingjay-no matter the personal cost. The story was very gripping, and kept me reading until the last page.

SRP 2013 REVIEW: Mocking Jay was the perfect ending for the Hunger Game trilogy. I thought that it was a sad ending for Katniss, the main character, but later on in her life she realizes that the odds were in her favor. I still believe the book is pretty good.

I was really excited for this book, being the third book in the Hunger Games series, but it really let me down. It wasn't a bad book, it's just that I thought the other two books were better, more entertaining, more suspenseful.

SRP 2012 REVIEW: An exciting "page turner" that keep me reading avidly for the few days that that it took to get through it. The third book in the Hunger Games trilogy is a bit different in concept (Katniss isn't a participant in a Hunger Games this time) and somewhat "grittier" than the first two. But anyone who has read and enjoyed the first two books will have a hard time putting this one down!

SRP 2012 REVIEW: it wasn't exactly my favorite story in the series compared to catching fire adn the hunger games, but the book was pretty much in my hand the whole night right after i started reading. I loved how the author always puts the story in one person's view instead of jumping everywhere into another character's perspective so abruptly. I also liked how she wasn't exactly clear about what happened in some parts along the story so the reader could try to guess what happened and feel some triumph if they guessed correctly. overall this was a great book.

SRP 2012 REVIEW: Everyone is counting on the Mocking Jay, Katniss Everdeen. Wherever Katniss is, terrible things happen and things get destroyed mostly by fire and bombs. The capitol is hunting her down. They think she can't get away with this. Katniss will have to fight her hardest if she is to win, but this is no Hunger Games, it's something else this time, President Snow. Who will Katniss defeat in the end?
