SRP 2012 REVIEW: This book uncovered another world to me. It helped me dicover that I am very lucky to be living here with a house, a kind family, and food. Just imagining how those girls who were put through this tough time makes me think of how lucky I am and how I should try a lot harder to make more of a difference in the world. Sometimes here in the USA kids don't see how lucky they are to have such a great life. I think since we have such a great advantage of having such a great life we should start to give back more to people around the world who in a great need of help. I urge you to read Lakshmi's story. It will truely help open your eyes.

SRP 2010 REVIEW: It Was AMAZING!!! I absolutly loved this book! Its a story about a 13 yr old girl sold into prostitution. Its really sad but it really puts things into perspective. I would recomend it for 14 and up persons because it is kinda explicit
