Theo’s best friend April has gone missing. The police are hot on the case and so is Theo! As a legal whiz kid he jumps right in and launches his own investigation with the help of friends and his Uncle Ike. As the police find themselves at a loss Theo gains speed as he runs down clues to find his friend. The story is suspenseful and once the investigation heated up I had a hard time putting this book down! For grades 4-5.(mb)

SRP 2013 REVIEW: I thought the book was very good. It was a great add-on to the first book in the series. The book was very suspenseful and was very hard to put down.

SRP 2011 REVIEW: Written for 13-15 yr olds. I enjoyed it more than I thought I would. Simply written but sensitive in places. Bright 9 yr olds might enjoy it too.
