SRP 2013 REVIEW: Inferno is an interesting read in its own right, but does not offer the mysterious puzzling together of art, literature, and history that Angels and Demons and Divinci Code did. I enjoyed the book and liked the Dante theme running through. Good summer read

SRP 2013 REVIEW: The Dan Brown books are always an interesting read, if only because they are so well researched and descriptive that the reader necessarily learns something painlessly while being entertained. So too this volume, which focuses mostly on Florence and Venice, Italy. I do have to add that this particular episode did not have the same success [for me] in plot structure. Further, some of the characters were rather two dimensional. Still, worth the time to read.

SRP 2013 REVIEW: It's not as good as DaVinci Code, which I liked the best of Brown's books, but it's still a good read. I found out a lot I didn't know about Dante's Inferno and it gives some food for thought about the problem of world population growth.

SRP 2013 REVIEW: Thought-provoking. One of Brown's best. The intrigue and espceially the need for the mystery are current and thoroughly engaging. I'll be thinking about this for years.
