SRP 2011 REVIEW: Wey happy with this book. Clears some confusion over what exactly are the core tenets of Buddhist. I had heard of the 4 Noble Truths, but I had never heard of the 4 Seals. These are the 4 core tools a Buddhist uses to cut through the delusions and illusions that bring about personal suffering. There are times, however, that the author gets side-tracked (even a bit opinionated) and loses sight of the point he was trying to make. Overall very enlightening! ; )
