You can improve customer engagement across all your applications by using web-based API tools for communication. In this course, begin learning about Twilio for Programmable Messaging. The first step to using Twilio is to sign up for an individual account or free trial. Once your account is set up, take a closer look at the Twilio messaging API's use of SMS and MMS. Explore how to install the Twilio CLI, or Command Line Interface, and use it to send an SMS from your account. Then learn how to receive a text via Twilio.
