| Summary |
Action superstar Steven Seagal ("Cradle 2 the Grave," "Exit Wounds") stars as a government agent-turned-survivalist from Northern Alaska who works on a wildlife refuge and sponsors a young girl in an International foster program. When he discovers that the foster program is really a human trafficking operation unwittingly financed by honest and well-intentioned samaritans, he heads overseas to find the girl and shut down the operation.
