| Summary |
Tony Luca (Michael Biehn) is a tough, cynical police detective who plays by his own rules on the mean streets of New York City. But his world is thrown into chaos when he's forced to partner with Inspector Kim (Joong-Hoon Park), who has come from Korea to investigate a brutal slaying.
