| Summary |
A moving, coming-of-age drama exploring the nature of love and human compassion. Evan, a young adult with Down syndrome, lives with his mother in a poor, working-class town. When he unexpectedly inherits a large sum of money, he decides to use it to help out his friend and high school crush, Candy, a single mother deeply in-debt and facing eviction.
