| Summary |
A vengeful husband clashes with gangs and corrupt cops in this gritty vigilante thriller. When Joe Montoya loses his wife in a gang-related shooting he vows to stop at nothing to exact his revenge on those responsible. During his investigation, he discovers a community of people whom the police have failed.
