The first principle, ongoing self-reflection, helps you identify your core values and goals and what you truly stand for. Harry Kraemer is a professor of management and strategy at the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, executive partner at Madison Dearborn Partners, and the author of From Values to Action: The Four Principles of Values-Based Leadership.
