SRP 2013 REVIEW: Another dystopian YA novel that delivers on its promises. Legend throws you into the book and pulls you in immediately. The storytelling alternates between first person point of view of the two main characters. The characters are well developed and have enough depth to humanize them. Their actions are a bit predictable (as is the plot), but still manage to entertain. The setting, however, was a bit unbelievable with the civil war between the East and West of the United States being a focus. I had a hard time with this dystopian world because I had too many questions and the setting felt incomplete.
