| Summary |
In this coming-of-age story, Erica Clements's blessed life is turned upside down by her mother's death and her father's subsequent depression, which leaves them financially destitute. Her nemesis, Marcy Spencer, moves into the luxury cottage she once called home, sending Erica further into a downward spiral. Now at rock bottom, Erica sets out to steal her life back-through a series of comically chaotic events involving a unicorn paddleboat.
