       Relaxations for Children at Bedtime contains twelve 
       different guided relaxations that can be listened to night
       after night. Each session will guide your child safely 
       through a series of relaxation techniques and take them on
       different imaginary journeys that will help them clear 
       their minds and relax physically and emotionally, making 
       it easy for them to fall asleep.  Learning to relax at an 
       early age is an important life skill that can be drawn on 
       at any time, however young or old. This program will allow
       you to stop worrying about your child falling asleep and 
       take some time to rest and recharge yourself. Also 
       included is a bonus track, "Relax Everyone," a guided 
       relaxation that is suitable for the whole family.  This 
       audio class has been devised and narrated by leading yoga,
       relaxation, and meditation teacher Sue Fuller. Sue has 
       been teaching yoga since 1995 and is the creator of the 
       Yoga 2 Hear range of audio yoga classes. She is also a
