Michael shares what he believes executives should consider when it comes to building better trust within organizations. He recounts his first one hundred days as CEO and how he used analytics to help make the workplace more inclusive. Michael talks about becoming a CEO as a black man and where he sees Great Place to Work expanding to capture more marginalized voices and experiences.
