SRP 2013 REVIEW: It is so refreshing to have a source that will help you understand your brain, body and good nutrition. This is a must read for anyone that want to become more aware of nutritional value of foods, and vitamins that are needed to become mental fit.

SRP 2013 REVIEW: If you are an individual that does not know the best food to eat and the mind and body correlation, this is the book for you. Loved that the book listed the food in categories and provided what they give in calories and how each contribute to brain that energize the bood.
