Summary |
Mr. Moto investigates diamond smuggling in Puerto Rico after an earlier investigator is killed, the murder of a boxer in the ring, conspiracies against the British and French governments in Egypt, and the events on a ship bound for Shanghai when he recognizes his steward as a murderer from San Francisco. |
