| Summary |
Jedi Master Qui-Gon Jinn and his apprentice Obi-Wan Kenobi aid the Queen of Naboo in an attempt to thwart the invasion of her home planet, and discover Anakin Skywalker, a boy with strong Jedi powers; when political separatists attempt to assassinate Senator Amidala, Obi-Wan Kenobi tries to find out why, while Anakin begins a forbidden affair with her; Anakin begins a tragic transformation into the menacing Darth Vader when he is torn between the Jedi and the dark powers of the Sith. |
